Sept- Feb

Upon successful completion of the 12-month scheme, graduates can expect the final rotation to be tailored towards their knowledge, skills and career goals.

End of Program

Upon successful completion, graduates are placed in permanent roles. Most common areas include: Tech Services, Sales and Support, Supply Chain and Key Account Management roles.

Our 18-month programme has been designed to provide a challenging and accelerated learning journey where you’ll be making key decisions and be given real responsibility from the start. You will complete three separate rotational placements across various sectors of the business, plus you’ll be mentored by some of our most successful business leaders along the way. Alongside each placement, your entire journey will also be supported with unparalleled training and a bespoke personal development programme to ensure you really gain the most from your experience on the scheme.

For suitable candidates, we will also provide the opportunity to take your skills overseas. We are looking for individuals who are keen to make an impact in our global business and believe there is no better place to start than to further develop your skills whilst learning about a new culture and different market conditions at the same time. Testimonials

I moved from the Graduate Scheme to a Regional Service Manager (RSM) role after my 2nd rotation. During the scheme I progressed by getting involved with lots of projects to develop a variety of skills, as well as creating a network of colleagues.

My most memorable moment during the Graduate scheme was when we as graduates went to Italy for the Hyvig tour. We got to see how cross breeding works and visit mozzarella farms, cheese factories and explore Italian cities
